i enjoyed the location near metro and bus stations. the area was calm and quiet. i appreciated the close shops and restaurants. the staff were very friendly to me. i especially thank ahmet who provided me really good service. he helped me .
the wifi was slow, it was difficult to check internet or look up informations.

the location was convenient near public transport i could easily explore many sites the standard double room was clean i found the air conditioning worked well maintaining a comfortable temperature i discovered the breakfast offered ample choices including fresh fruit and pastries it was a good way to start each day.
i observed some minor wear on furniture inside the room it did not affect my stay significantly however

I had a triple room with plenty of space. Breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning. The staff was friendly especially Ahmed at the reception. His service was excellent! He provided very helpful information.
The television in my kids room didn't work upon our arrival, and they took it out to repair it. The television wasn't ever brought back or replaced it, a disappointment for the children.

The location was quite good, near the tram and metro lines. It was easy to navigate to popular attractions and areas from the hotel. This made exploring the city very convenient.
